r-bioc-biomart software package provides GNU R Interface to BioMart databases (Ensembl, COSMIC, Wormbase and Gramene), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install r-bioc-biomart
r-bioc-biomart is installed in your system.
Make ensure the r-bioc-biomart package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep r-bioc-biomart *
You will get with r-bioc-biomart package name, version, architecture and description in a table
